Microsoft tossing Internet Explorer, world?s worst ? er ... most-used browser - seattlepi.comFrankly, it had more bells and whistles than even a top-line computer could manage reliably and was full of enough security holes to make hackers not even want to bother with it … though they certainly did … a lot.
So now the region’s tech giant will soon be moving Internet Explorer from the cyberworld to the underworld.
Despite the 57 percent market share Microsoft's legacy version of IE holds onto, it’s been developing another browser in what it calls “Project Spartan.”
