Microsoft Store not working, running dism shows corruption, sfc is fine

Hi!

I'm working on a computer that has issues with the Microsoft Store that causes no new apps to install (errors out) and cannot update any current apps.

SFC shows no integrity violations, but dism shows some corruption. Windows update works fine, only the Window Store is broken.

I've attached logs per the sticked thread of dism, sfcfix, and componentscanner

I'd really appreciate any help in getting this running again!

Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt
Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer

Hi; thank you for the suggestion. I have done this already and it did not help. I have also attempted to remove and reinstall the Microsoft Store, and also re-registering all of the applications.
 
a quick update - today I tried an in-place reinstall of windows and the problem still persists D:
