Microsoft Exchange 2016 text forwarding calendar invites kick back.

Good Morning Everyone,

So I have an odd issue with Exchange 2016. Last week exchange broke and I was able to get it back up and running. So now if you have text forwarding turned on and you get a calendar invite it get kicked back. But all other email and internal calendar invites work with text. You still receive the external invites in your email but you also get a kick back from exchange for forwarding it as a text. I am really stumped here. I would like to fix this without having to roll back the server. Thank you for your time and help.
