All your crashes are indicative of a failing motherboard or a bad RAM stick, despite what MemTest86 says; I have seen some people have to run it for 24 passes before it would show any errors. I understand you've also performed a clean install as well and the issues still persisted. I assume that you've tried booted into Safe Mode with Networking and seeing if the system crash

I changed new RAM ...laptop ON but no display..tried many times reinsert the ram

By new RAM, do you mean you the same stick you're using now but you purchased it recently i.e. new, or a different RAM stick from the one which caused the previous crashes? I would strongly recommend that you remove avast! using their official removal tool, since it is known to cause a number of problems, including BSOD crashes.

Is that bottom RAM stick compatible with the motherboard? Did you remove avast? Have you tried the system in Safe Mode?

About the RAM compatibility and testing within Safe Mode? As mentioned before, the issue is very likely going to either be the motherboard or the RAM stick. It seems more likely to be the motherboard since you've tried two different sticks.

its really weird because i tested 2 stick of ram

nevermind..the laptop wont boot because the new RAM was ddr3L...LOL

I don't know why this laptop won't show display if I use other RAM ..ddr3/ddr3L same problem no display at all...only the RAM come with the laptop OK...but facing BSOD problem...weird

The other RAM is most likely faulty or incompatible with the motherboard, the RAM stick which the laptop came with is causing you BSOD issues, so either way the problem is hardware related. You can purchase or borrow another RAM stick is known to be from the QvL (Qualified Vendors List) and see if that makes any difference.
