The service allows people at the copier to send scans via email right from the copier. It uses a generic domain user account. For whatever reason, the service randomly seems to stop once every couple months or so. Upon restarting it, it fails due to an authentication error with the user account. The password for the account is set to never expire, and does not lock out. I have to simply retype the password in the field to what it's ALWAYS been, restart the service, and then it magically works again. I don't actually change the password of the account itself. No idea why every couple months it doesn't like the password. There is no set time frame for when this happens, it just seems to occur every couple months. I've attached a screenshot for clarity as well. Thanks

There's seems to be a security issue on the Account. It might help to find out the Event ID(s) from Event Viewer. Upon restarting it, it fails due to an authentication error with the user account.
