Hello, I've been dealing with this for over a month now, I even got a new ssd, because I wanted to eliminate my concerns that the ssd is the problem, but the issue is still present and is driving me crazy...
The audio is fine when I am not multitasking, as soon as I open even the Task Manager a small pop can be heard...
I've installed all the drivers from Lenovo website and the BIOS is updated to the last version.

Computer Brand Name: LENOVO Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH05
OS: Windows 10 version 20H2 (the laptop came without windows, I've purchased the license for this) - installed on 31/10/2020
Processor Name: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H
Original Processor Frequency: 2900.0 MHz
Motherboard Chipset: AMD Promontory/Bixby FCH
Motherboard Slots: 2xPCI Express x1, 1xPCI Express x4, 2xPCI Express x8
PCI Express Version Supported: v3.0
USB Version Supported: v3.1

BIOS Date: 10/20/2020
BIOS Version: EUCN28WW
Memory:
Module Manufacturer: SK Hynix
Memory Speed: 1600.0 MHz (DDR4-3200 / PC4-25600)
Module Size: 8 GBytes (x2)
Memory Type: DDR4 SDRAM

Video Chipset: AMD Radeon Vega
Video Memory: 512 MBytes of DDR4 SDRAM

Video Chipset: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
Video Memory: 4096 MBytes of GDDR6 SDRAM [Micron]

  • Is driver verifier enabled or disabled? - disabled
  • What security software are you using? (Firewall, antivirus, antimalware, antispyware, and so forth) - defender
  • Are you using proxy, vpn, ipfilters or similar software? - no
  • Are you using Disk Image tools? (like daemon tools, alcohol 52% or 120%, virtual CloneDrive, roxio software) - no
  • Are you currently under/overclocking? Are there overclocking software installed on your system? - no

Any suggestion? I have an old pc with intel core i5 4460 from 7 8 years ago and no issues but on a brand new laptop I am dealing with this nonesense...
Also I think that I've read all the forums but no solution was found..

Thank you in advance

Well I've tred one more time to reinstall windows and to install Nvidia driver from lenovo website without updating it through Geforce Experience.
It seems that the pops are almost gone, I can still hear them sometimes but its much better that before (when I was having the latest nvidia driver installed)

Even LatencyMon has beeter results...

Atfer long time searching, reinstalling windows, driver etc. I found a soloution for me (but I have a rtx2060) I think this is a Windows problem with the cpu powerstate handling.
Enable this flag via cmd:
# Processor idle demote threshold
powercfg -attributes 54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00 4b92d758-5a24-4851-a470-815d78aee119 -ATTRIB_HIDE

Then change/ add a Power Profile and change the CPU energy settings (AC, not battery because this will drain your battery) for the new visible threshold / (in German: Prozessorleerlauf: Schwellwert für Herabstufung) to 100%
