But, when it starts to boot the USB media, it gives a BSOD with code KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED - Dell - Laptop - Inspiron 5448 - Windows 8.1 (but I'm trying to install Windows 10) - x64 - N/A - It came with Windows 10 - Retail - 6 years - 5 years - Yes - i7 5500U - I really don't know (and I can't see, Windows 8.1 install is corrupted and I can't open the laptop), it's the same that came with the laptop, probably 2 slots of 4 gb each - AMD Radeon R7 M265 - N/A - N/A - Enabled - Kaspersky Security Cloud Free 2021 - No - No http://speccy.piriform.com/results/oMxkVBLtkD73sD3zZpadhfk I can't check BSOD logs because it don't happened on Windows, but in the installation. Run: a) https://www.sysnative.com/apps/SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe b) Steps: 2 - 5: Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions c) setupdiag: SetupDiag - Windows Deployment Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB) On a working computer create a new bootable Windows 10 iso 20H2. Download Windows 10 Also download the Windows 10 iso 20H2 to the desktop.
