Keep getting BSOD saying IRQL not less or equal w Storport.sys error.

Hi,

I kept getting BSOD with IRQL not less or equal with Storport.sys error and chrome and other apps constantly crashed.
So I tried running sfc /scannow and dism function to fix.
But sfc gives windows resource protection could not perform
and then DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth function gives error 1726 and doesn't even start.

I ran the ComponentsScanner, but it just gives errors and shuts itself down too quick for me to read what it says. No ComponentsScanner.txt file made in my desktop.

I got the ComponentsScanner to work.
