update 2025-04 cumulative update for microsoft server operatin system version 21h2 for x64 bases system KB5055526 stuck on 3$

sfc /scannow no result
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth no result
cleanupt the c:\windows\softwaredistributution folder
downloaded files and tried install same result

all actions gives error 0x80070005
