Hello, I've a Windows 11 Dell Notebook and I receive the error 0x80070002 when I try to execute the update kb5048685 with Windows Update.
I've tried also to download the single file update from the Microsoft Catalog but I obtain the same error.
@Maxstar can you please support me to solve the situation?
Thank you

PS I've attached the registry key as zipped hive file

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

You're welcome. Glad to hear the issue has been resolved!

I'll had to install a new system with the Italian language pack and some FOD-packages to find the latest files...
