KB4534310 + KB4539601 problem to install

I tried very carefully and with great satisfaction for a long time to correct my mistakes with the help of your all experiments,
but unfortunately nothing helped. Therefore, I will be grateful if you help me

Looking up this error 8024200D, I see it means that the update hasn't been downloaded and the suggested fix is to download it from the catalog and manually install it.
Do this one first then reboot

The other update fixes the black screen issue if you use the stretch feature and it is my understanding that it had to be manually installed.
So after you've rebooted, install KB4539602
Microsoft Update Catalog

You don't need 4539601. It is very large and the only thing different about it compared to 4534310 (which is 314MB) is the fix for the black screen issue.

Thanks for reply, I go to to catalog and downloaded the proposed update, but after finishing the installation I received
following message: failed to install KB4534310
In the application I send all the necessary files.
I would be grateful for the answer, what can be done next to solve this problem.
