[SOLVED] KB4515206 error on Server 2008

This server has caused me a lot more headaches than is worth, the only thing keeping me from reinstalling it is that it is a terminal server with a lot of tweaking and software configuration, and I don't have that time to do it all again, but I'm stuck on this update and WSUS is reporting that it has 14 more pending updates.

sfc /scannow showed no errors, System Update Readiness tool installed with no problem, SFCFix reported no errors, CBS folder here, COMPONENTS here.

Unbelievable, I hope this helps other people, I can not tell how many days of work I lost trying to fix this...

I really thank you, this thing you do is invaluable, there's no amount of money I can throw at Microsoft that can help me this fast (sorry I can't donate for now, my salary is less than $12000 a year before taxes, and I have a family)
