[SOLVED] KB4489891 fails

Installing the last monthly update on a Windows Server 2012 fails with this error code 800F0831.
I tried to install the update via DISM but I get this error.

Thanks for the answer.
After restarting the server I tried to install the update again and there were no problems, it all seems solved.
