The first time it ran on 2/13 it failed with a different error code: 800F083F. I found this thread while conducting a google search and was tempted to follow the instructions that are provided there by softwaremaniac but I decided not to since I'm getting a different error code. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I compared the Security Updates between the computers that installed this update and none had KB4019264 installed. I uninstalled this update, and the 2019-02 update installed. Hope this helps.
