Installing update KB3177467 did not solve the problem. An attempt to update via DISM did not solve the problem. SURT did not reveal any problems. SFC and SFCFix did not solve the problem either. Resetting Windows Update didn't help either. Thoughts are over, I don’t know what to do. CBS.log

S Sysnative Windows Update Inactive Joined Oct 9, 2014 Posts 773 Feb 20, 2020 #2 Hi! Please disable (the services) or uninstall your backup software and the update should work again. I'm guessing you are using CA ArcServe or Carbonite?
