KB4457144 update cannot be installed on Windows 2008 R2 SP1

There are two servers with the same problem, KB4457144 is not installed. Installing update KB3177467 did not solve the problem. An attempt to update via DISM did not solve the problem. SURT did not reveal any problems. SFC and SFCFix did not solve the problem either. Resetting Windows Update didn't help either. Thoughts are over, I don’t know what to do.

Please disable (the services) or uninstall your backup software and the update should work again.

I'm guessing you are using CA ArcServe or Carbonite?
