KB2670838 Laptop issue. Can't update to IE 10, 11. Update fail loop.

Hi, I'm having big WU issues. I have the same updates that keep failing. an IE 10 update, IE 11 update, two windows updates and two security updates. I've tried chkdsk, sfc /scannow, scanned for malware, and am currently running SFCFix without a script. It seems to be stuck at 'Checking store directories...'. I'm at a loss and real don't want to reinstall windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :banghead:
