[SOLVED] Je n'arrive pas à faire les mises à jours sur Windows 10

Bonjour,

J'ai remarqué que j'avais des erreurs de mise à jour Windows 10.

Quand je vais dans l'onglet "Windows Update", j'ai l'erreur "Certains fichiers de mise à jour sont manquants ou présentent des problèmes. Nous allons réessayer de télécharger la mise à jour plus tard. Code d'erreur : (0x80070570)".


De plus, j'ai voulu passer sur Windows 11 mais j'ai également eu une erreur "0x800700c1"


Pourriez-vous m'aider à résoudre mes problèmes svp ?

la commande -> sfc /scannow
me renvoie : La protection des ressources Windows n’a pas réussi à démarrer le service de réparation.

Sorry, but this is an incomplete copy of the CBS logs. So please do the following.

Upload a copy of the CBS folder

• Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\Logs folder.
• Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
• Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
• Click on the Yes button here.

• Attach the file CBS.zip to your next reply. If the file is too large to attach, upload the CBS.zip file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.

This looks good, but this build of Windows 10 21H2 x64 (10.0.19044.1766) is out-dated, so I would suggest to update to Windows 10 22H2 using the following tool.

Download the

Windows 10 Update Assistant to your desktop.

• Right-click on Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and select the option: Run as administrator.
• Press the Update now button, click after the compatibility check on Next.
• The Update Assistant will now download the latest Feature Update.
• After verifying the download, the Feature Update will be installed.
• When this process is ready, click on the Restart now button to complete the installation.
