The April security update caused my domain controllers to randomly reboot and Microsoft finally acknowledge the updates were the issue. I have three domain controllers and was able to successfully uninstall from two. The third one is failing to uninstall.
I also failed to finish installing as the server rebooted near the end of the install so this might be why I had corruption in the Component area.
I have run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
The component store has been corrupted.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
The restore operation completed successfully. The component store corruption was repaired.
The operation completed successfully.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
No component store corruption detected.
Tried the unistall again and same issue. Have done this a few times including resetting the Software Distribution without any joy.
Can you help.
