internet explorer has stopped responding

Hello,
I was not sure to put this problem here or in the bsod crashing thread. The machine is windows 7 pro 64bit.
The problem is that IE on one windows profile immediately crashes after getting launched. The other profiles on the same computer do not have this problem.
SFC scan found nothing, resetting IE options did nothing, clean boot did not fix the problem, turning off IE add on did not work. Attached are error messages and what happens when I try to register the dll that I think is causing the problem. If I could avoid erasing the profile and starting over that would be great.
any help is welcome.

Try to launch the following command from an elevated command prompt.

RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 4351

After it completed, reboot.

I ran the requested command. The command ran, I then rebooted. No change in the problem.

From windows start - run, or from a simple command prompt, or from the searchbox, launch this command:

"%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff

Let's see if MSIE starts without problems.

any solution this problem?

sorry no solution. right now im not with the company and the person that is in charge is on vacation. so the problem still needs a solution but it is not being worked on activity at this time.
