I've seen some similar issues to the one I'm working on posted here - unfortunately I don't know how to use the sysnative tools properly.

The issue: Windows 7 SP1 x64, IE10 is partially installed along with IE11. Running IE results in a basic windows application with the homepage in the viewport - no address bar, options menu. Back/forward buttons are visible but nonfunctional. Right clicking the top bar shows the basic window commands (minimize, maximize, close, etc.). The Internet Options button in Control Panel is nonfunctional. Uninstalling IE11 from control panel fails every time, leaving the IE11 entry and many IE11 executable files left in Program Files\Internet Explorer.

What I've tried so far:
Uninstall IE11 from Control Panel (it fails, "some components could not be removed")
Attempt to run IE10 installer (Fails, says newer version installed)
Attempt to run IE11 installer (Seems to succeed, doesn't actually change any files in Program Files\Internet Explorer nor does it update the registry at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer - for example, svcVersion remains at 10.x)
Rename C:\Windows\System32\ieframe.dll to force Windows Update to attempt to install IE10 (fails, same as the regular IE10 installer)
SFC /scannow (fixed corrupted files, didn't fix the problem)
Installed Windows6.1-KB947821-v33-x64.msu

I've attempted to run SFCFix.exe from this website. It gave a report indicating "SURT Total detected corruption count: 246"

I've pulled all the relevant logs (and some may not be relevant) all attached [SFCFix.txt, CBS.log, CheckSUR.log]. The CBS.log.bak files were changed by me so I wouldn't have to scroll through the same lines repeatedly trying to find the problem. View attachment Logs.zip

It looks like there are some errors due to a possible Windows Update problem. I am going to move your thread over to that forum. I will keep track of this for you as well. I wish you the best of luck!
