This is a well known problem that has been well documented.

Windows 10 KB5034441 security update fails with 0x80070643 errors

Microsoft have removed this update from the Microsoft Update Catalog

So if your computer is still flagging this update, then we recommend that you hide it.

Download

wushowhide.diagcab to hide an update.

Double click on the wushowhide.diagcab file and press Next.
Now the tool will search for updates and performs a scan to detect problems.
When this process is complete click on Hide updates.
Now an overview will appear with updates that have not yet been installed.
Select the update you want to hide and press Next.
When the troubleshooting has completed you can close the tool.
