Hello everyone,

I have a Windows 10 Pro (version 1809 at the moment) and I'm trying to update it (first to 1909, before moving to 2004). But every attempt has failed (even leaving the computer running for several days) with the process hanging at 64%...
I have run SFC /scannow, which finds no corruption, but Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth fails with the following error :
Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.Use the “Source” option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

I have tried to create a suitable install.wim to go on but I have failed to make this work...
Here is my CBS.zip file, attached.
Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I have recreated a new zip file with a new Windows\Logs\CBS directory export (after a few tries to fix things on my own)...
Can anyone help me, please ?
