Hello,

I'm looking to get help on this issue I've had for the past month where I cannot install any Windows 11 updates on my computer.

Screenshot 2025-02-01 160519.webp

These are my current Windows 11 Specifications:
  • Edition Windows 11 Pro
  • Version 24H2
  • Installed on ‎2024-‎12-‎07
  • OS build 26100.2605
  • Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.36.0
Running sfc /scannow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth as instructed in this guide gives me the following outputs:

Code:
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26100.2605]
(c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

C:\Windows\System32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

C:\Windows\System32>Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.26100.1150

Image Version: 10.0.26100.2605

[==                         3.8%                           ]
Error: 1009

The configuration registry database is corrupt.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

C:\Windows\System32>

I have attached the necessary files and other relevant screenshots. Thanks for the help in advance!

Hi @Lunacy,

Welcome to Sysnative Forums!

If you haven't already, please review the posting instructions here, and attach the requested log files. Without log files, our helpers will not be able to assist, and this will slow down fixing your machine.

If logs have been already been provided, our team of volunteers will analyse the provided log files to build a fix for your system. Please be aware that this may take several days from your initial post, due to the high volume of threads that we receive.
