Okay I was able to run the DISM to completion this time.
Should I just restart and try updating with the windows installation assistant?

Yes, please attempt to update again using the installation assistant and post the result.

Okay it took a while but I was able to successfully do it!
I can still see this but I presume it's because I need to restart the update service or something?
Or do I need to install this one now since the other one fixed the installation?

Please open the start menu and type Winver, which version do you see?

This is the latest (build) LCU from July this month, so that looks good. Which KB numbers do you see when you click on the Download & Install all button.

I have the feeling something just changed, now I am seeing KB4023057.
And it's saying I'm all up to date! :)
