I have gotten the error for over a year, both for windows version updates and cumulative updates.
All with the same error code 0x800700c1.

step 1:
Running SFC i get the following message:
Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

step 2:
Running dism (log attached) i get the error: 0x800f081f

step 3:
components scanner is attached; it seems i have corrupt files.

step 4:
I have attached the CBS.zip.
I am very thankful for any help
