Install error - 0x800700c1 cannot install updates

Hello,
I have not been able to install updates on my computer for months. In Windows update I currently have Windows 11, version 22H2, and 2024-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5044033) that will not update and both give the install error of 0x800700c1.

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 5410 All-In-One with Windows 11 Home version 22H2.
The version is strange to me because that is the same one that is giving me errors in Windows Update.

I have tried a number of things, but nothing works.

1. SFC scan:
"Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service."
2. SURT/DISM
"Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found."
3. Completed and attached
4. Completed and attached

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
