I even tried to upgrade my RAM (from 16Gb DDR4 3000Mhz to 32Gb 3200Mhz). It happens randomly, while browing, while browsing + Netflix on another screen, while gaming... Can you help me troubleshoot this issue ? System Manufacturer? Custom PC Laptop or Desktop? Laptop Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) N/A OS ? Windows 10 x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit)? 64 bits Service pack? Version 1909 (18363.592) What was original installed OS on system? Brand new, so the same Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Full retail Age of system? (hardware) less than 6 month old Age of OS installation? less than 6 month old Have you re-installed the OS? no CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3600X RAM (brand, EXACT model, what slots are you using?) CORSAIR DDR4 8GB CMK8GX4M1D3000C16 x2 CORSAIR DDR4 16BG CMK32GX4M2D3200C16 x2 Video Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) gigabyte X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) FOCUS PLUS 550 - 550W Is driver verifier enabled or disabled? disabled What security software are you using? (Firewall, antivirus, antimalware, antispyware, and so forth) Only windows Defender Are you using proxy, vpn, ipfilters or similar software? No Are you using Disk Image tools? (like daemon tools, alcohol 52% or 120%, virtual CloneDrive, roxio software) No Are you currently under/overclocking? Are there overclocking software installed on your system? Installed, not active. This can be a useful first approach before moving onto more sophisticated process monitor software. If CPU or Disk or Memory are running at close to 100% clicking on the appropriate header (e.g. CPU) will cause the processes to sort in order of which process is using the resource.

After digging a bit, I found this : I need help fixing DPC Latency caused by storport.sys - Overclock.net - An Overclocking Community I saw that my controller was "AMD Sata driver" I just did a clean install of Windows 10 on my M2 drive. Now it is "standard AHCI SATA" Before, I had a huge spike in LatencyMon in highest DPC routine (storport.sys) As of right now, with nothing installed except the browser, it seems fine... Everything is in the green in LatencyMon (but I have not installed anything). I'll reinstall my programs, update my drivers and will get back to you. Regards,

I have 2 wireless mice : * AmazonBasics mouse * Logitech MX Master 2S When I plug the Unifying USB stick in the back, stutter happens randomly. No stutter happens when I plug them in the front USB port. Tried using USB 2.0 or 3.0, same. Unless I use the front USB slot, I have stutter.. Could you help me resolve this really strange issue ? Regards,

In fact when you put it in the front panel, your mouse works. It seems an usb extender could help to mitigate the problem.
