Import Windows update catalog to WSUS

Hi Sysnative Community,

Yesterday Microsoft release Security patch for Windows XP. But that security patches only available from Microsoft catalog and my WSUS Server in the network where internet is blocked due to security purpose ,so i cannot import from Microsoft Catalog to WSUS directly.

Is there anyway to import update file that downloaded from Microsoft catalog to WSUS manually ?

My XP computer rarely goes online.
I downloaded 4500331 from a Windows 7 computer. I then put all the updates, by month and year, on a USB stick.
I put the USB stick into the computer running XP and installed the update yesterday.

haha forgot to mention company that i work has a lot windows XP and windows xp machine is not in office it located at various gas plant . i can do manually by remote to 1 by 1 machine it takes a lot of time , currently think using Mcafee Epo to install it .
