IE Removal for Troubleshooting Purposes

Note these only remove the entry points and some of the "chrome" (UI) binaries and supporting registry trail. Useful if you're suspecting an IE chrome binary or registry trail issue, but if you're tshooting connectivity or actual browsing/rendering issues, this will do nothing. Just FYI.
