[SOLVED] ie 11 menu buttone most of the timen greyed out

hi h=here is log of sfc tool

my main problem is the menu buttons keep greying out have tried uninstalling ie11 and reinstalling ,did a reinstall repair still the same thanks baz

It looks like somehow moved your new thread here for some reason. Alright, let's try a couple of things first.

Reset Internet Explorer Settings

• Close every open windows of your web browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, etc.);
• Click on the Windows Start Menu and select Control Panel;
• From there, click on Network and Internet and select Internet Options;
• Go in the Advanced tab and click on Reset...;
• Check the Delete personal settings checkbox and click on Reset;
• Once the operation is done, click on the Close button;

Temp File Cleaner (TFC)

• Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC) and move it to your Desktop;
• Right-click on the executable and select
  
  Run as Administrator;
• Simply click on Start to launch the clean-up and wait until it completes;
  
  
• Depending on which processes are running, all your programs will be closed and explorer.exe (your Windows shell) will be killed, it will however be relaunched shortly after so do not panic;
• There's no log to give for this tool;

hi thanks for replying, have done i.e. reset and used tfc cleaner I shall monitor I sure I've tried this but will keep you posted thanks baz

it seems a bit better doe happen sometime just upgraded another old window's 8.1 too windows 10 cant add contacts in people driving me mad thanks baz
