[SOLVED] iasrecst.dll and the malwarebytes oops=corrupt winsxs files

Good Day to All.
I got caught in the iasrecst.dll and the malwarebytes oops=corrupt winsxs files issue along with some others.

I tried to see if I could fix it myself but alas I can't.

I have attached the files requested to receive help in fixing my problem. It is deeply appreciated!

Run SFC Scan again and attach CBS.log.
