[SOLVED] I need help with CNBJ2530.DPB and DSIM /Restorehealth

The problem is the same one with a lot of people. PC gets hangs, I run sfc scan, get corrupted CNBJ2530.DPB, I run SFCFix from this website, and get error 0x800f0906 source files could not be downloaded. sfcdetails and SFCFix logs are attached. Please help.

For starters:
What firewall are you using?
What antivirus are you using?
Did you disable any Microsoft services?
Check if bits (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) and cryptsvc (Cryptographic Services) services are running and if wuauserv (windows update) service is not disabled (status "standby", i.e. not started but ready to start).

Hi xilolee and thank you for your answer. I am using Windows Firewall and Avast Antivirus. I have disabled and re-enabled the services you have mentioned in an attempt to adress the issue with no results. Since the time I asked the question however I have made a clean install of the Windows which I have been planning to do for a while now and I figured this would be a good time. I do not have any problems anymore, thanks again.
