Is been a while since I got problems in my pc, thankfully I got help and was resolve, but now I having another issue which is the display driver stopped responding crash.
Well the issue is when playing a game (Genshin Impact), the game runs smoothly, fps are good, is not at max graphics or anything, the pc doesn't overheat, but sometimes when doing certain things in game it triggers the error (I upload a picture).
So it first freeze for 2 a 3 seconds, then the screens of my 2 monitors goes black, then both start displaying desktop and the error message appear, making the game to crash, is still open but there is nothing showing, just the icon on the taskbar.
So really I don't know why this keep happening, I have a laptop with less performance, but I never got the same error there, my pc also is a bit old, but other games seems to don't get affected by this issue.
Hope someone can help me with this issue, I remember going back to a old graphic driver and the issue stop in some point, but now that my brother install the Nvidia GeForce Experience it seems that it come back.
