I found out about this forum from another forum I frequent and after looking around for around 15 minutes or so, decided it looks like the type of no-nonsense self help forum that I enjoy frequenting and participating in.

Hi Phil,

Thanks for the welcome. I'm particularly interested in anything to do with Windows troubleshooting. I've been working in the corporate sector supporting businesses with Windows desktops and the remote administration of their on-site Windows servers for over 25 years, the last half of that via running my own IT Support company. I enjoy helping people help themselves and find there's always something new to learn so that's what I personally get from participating in forums such as this one as well as giving back a little by providing some help where I can.
