How to fix SFC Scan Services.lnk error

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

I already tried
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:F:\sources\boot.wim:1 /limitaccess
but get in both cases the error
The source files could not be found.

I'm going to guess that your second try for the DISM restore health involved using a DVD or USB iso image of Windows 10 from TechBench? If you happened to use a "regular" Windows 10 installation iso (not one from TechBench), try altering the command to:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:F:\Sources\Install.esd:1 /limitaccess

Should that not help, or not apply, you might try posting this question in our Windows Update forum, where the techs have special training in the use of an app (SFC.fix) and can alter that app specifically to work its magic for your exact problem.
