Hello everyone;
I recently upgraded my notebook to windows 10 and I'm experiencing audiostutters. I google'd a bit and found out that my DPC is very high(around 1000) when not using, around 16K's when audio stutters happen. I thought windows update would automatically do that. I nonetheless checked it and bios is up-to-date. Installing the latest audio drivers now.

edit: Latest audio drivers are installed from asus' driver site. will edit if the problem persists.

ndis.sys is a Microsoft Windows "NDIS Wrapper" driver

There is really nothing to do about it. The cause is not ndis.sys, but likely some other 3rd party driver.

ndis.sys can only be updated by Microsoft, like other Windows drivers.

What anti-virus & firewall do you have installed?

What audio is installed?

How old are the drivers?

I'm using Avira antivir.
My audio driver is from Asus's site, it's called Conexant Smart Audio HD
I just installed them as I have stated above. They're for windows 10.

Sorry, but I don't have an answer for you for the Windows 10 issue.

I hate to see you revert back to Windows 8.1 though.
