According to DPC, the problem is "storport.sys", "ndis.sys", "usbport.sys - usb 1.1 _2.0"
I've updated all the drivers I could think of (realtek, latest amd chipset/gpu drivers, latest bios, latest motherboard packaged drivers), I don't have a WLAN adapter (so I'm not sure how to solve ndis.sys), my power management settings are set to performance. It seems like when I reinstall *some* drivers, sometimes the problem resolves itself but will always reappear within a few days.
Not sure what else I need to do, kinda tearing my hair out over this because it's so frustrating.
