Thanks, you are correct that I didn't run step #3. Reason being, when I read step #2, item 4..........
I thought it indicated to go on to step #4?
(Once the command finishes, if you see "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations" then please move on to Step #3.
If anything other than this appears, you may go directly to Step #4.)
However, I did as suggested and tried to complete step #3 but once downloaded, was unable to install (see .png attachment) due to error code 0x800700d.
Have also attached snippit pics of sfc /scannow results and SCFFix results in case they are helpful. Just let me know what you need me to do next. Thank you
