should I use this method instead of leaving windows install Nvidia drivers on it's own?
I've already used DDU during safe mode to uninstall drivers completely and let windows update install the appropriate drivers without any interaction from my side

I will stress test my RAM and report back.

If multiple driver versions are tested and there are recurrent BSOD then consider swap testing the hardware.

Let's see what happens after the DDU uninstallation and replacement.

For any new BSOD please post new Sysnative log collector results.

Hello, Just now I received another BSOD , I've reinstalled Nvidia drivers after using DU, removed Kaspersky antivirus and started using windows defender
after BSOD occured I've tried to run sc /scannow

Code:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

I've attached the log files and latest mini-dumd, I'll be running HD Tune and memtest overnight and report back

thanks for your follow up, I've run HDD tools. HDD Sentinel and WD seatools as attached, no errors were found and no BSOD occurred during the tests

Subcode: 0x3 FAST_FAIL_CORRUPT_LIST_ENTRY

Stop 0x139's are typically caused by drivers, especially if a linked list structure has been corrupted. I'll recommend running Driver Verifier for now - Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 + Vista
Thanks, I'm running Driver verified now and will report after 24 hours

Just wondering because I noticed on the thread which had the crash, there was a pending IRP associated to it for a VMware keyboard filter driver. Hmm, just thinking if it is the issue or not.

If possible, could you please check the following directory and upload a zipped version of the memory dump file to a file sharing site such as Google Drive? It will be too large to attach to a forum post unfortunately.

Rich (BB code):
%systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP

I have VMware workstation installed but have no machines running when any of the BSODs occurred, might the app and its services are the problem?

sure, I've uploaded it on Gdrive

I suspect that issue may lie with the VMware keyboard filter driver at the moment, and therefore would suggest that you update VMWare or remove it completely.

You can disable Driver Verifier as well, it probably won't find anything useful unfortunately.

will do @x BlueRobot many thanks for your support, will report if the BSODs sopped or not and will be using Hyper-V instead of VMware workstation for now.

I've received another BSOD today while watching a movie, (reference_by_pointer) BSOD, attached are the new logs.
I'm starting to think that I need a new clean installation, but I hope I will not be forced to do that.

Could you please provide another MEMORY.DMP like you did before? They'll only be one copy since the other one would have been overwritten which is fine since it should be a Stop 0x18 now.
