Help getting error code 800700A1 when installing KB3000850

I have been having this issue with this specific windows update. I have to go in and select three updates at a time for them to install and make this update last but it fails to install so that I can complete the update. This is the only windows update that I can not install without failure. I keep getting error code 800700A1 when installing KB3000850. I have ran the SFCFix

Please try installing KB3000850, then when it fails zip and attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
If the zip is larger than 8MB, please use a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link with your reply.
