Dear friends,

I am facing the issue on the other laptop, it is unable to boot normally after I conduct some virus checking and quarantined them, forever loop on the startup repair, thus I did some research and found out FRST is kinda useful in resolving this kind of scenario, after scanning with FRST64( I run them from command prompt), a FRST.txt ( log file ) was created, the next step will be fixing them but a fixlist.txt is required. The log file was in the attachment, thank you

Hi!

Please boot to the Recovery Environment again, make sure that this file is in the root of the USB as well as FRST, launch FRST and press Fix.

Once done, please attach Fixlog.txt that will be created on your drive and try rebooting your system in Normal mode.

If it still fails to boot, do a fresh scan with FRST and post the logs.

Hi there !

After pressing fix, a fixlog.txt was created in the drive and I reboot the laptop in normal but it still went into startup repair loop
The documents below are the fixlog.txt after conducting the fix with your fixlist.txt and another one is the fresh FRST scan

Hi there !

After inserting sfc /scannow /offbootdir=D:\ /offwindir=D:\Windows and wait for 20minutes+
The result is Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations

Here is the scenario

Power button pressed -> Acer logo -> Snapshot 1(this error has been quite a long time) -> Snapshot 2(windows logo start to pop out but failed) -> Snapshot 3(directly lead to startup repair)
This happens when I reboot after performing virus checking with Malwarebytes and quarantined those identified threats.
The reasons why I performing virus checking because the network sharing center couldn't be opened in normal boot but works well in safe mode with networking

Hi there !

I followed the instructions but the result as below, I chose to use this method "Execute Seatools for DOS from a USB Stick"
I also done changing the setting on the BIOS, so system will look for the USB stick first.
Once power button pressed, after Acer logo, snapshot_1 came upon, I pressed Enter and lead to the next screen, snapshot_2, and it stuck at loading extensions for quite awhile, then whole screen went black and nothing happen.
I wonder if I missed out some steps or misunderstood the instructions?
I tried to work on using CDR to boot, but I was unable to install the ImgBurn even I turned off the antivirus and firewall...

But, I don't know the windows product key of that laptop, it is windows 7 ultimate, that's all I know, hmmm...

Hi there, problem solved after reinstall of the windows 7 ultimate, however I couldn't get the product key, so I cant do the activation, but now having another issue, I install most of the drivers and Wireless LAN driver installation comes into error, the error message as "the device may not be present or could have been ejected/unplugged from the system", so now I'm using Ethernet connection to have Internet connection

Check for Updates. Windows Update may offer to install it. If not, go to your manufacturer's website and download it from there.

As for the activation, try using License Crawler to get the key.

Hi there ! Problems solved after performing windows update! As for activation, I will look into it later, thank you
