Jimmy Tickles here. Working in IT since 07 on the support side. I've done call center as contactor and employee as well as in-house onsite IT. Currently Sr Tech for a small Service Desk team. Low budget, but a place where you can pick something you wanna work on or look at and make a name for yourself. Rewarding work. These forums came up a lot and I was impressed with the members of this forum and the help provided. Decided I had to join!
