I suggest you start a topic describing USB the problem you're having. We have experts in many areas so someone may have a solution for you. The Hardware is probably the best place.

Thanks for the welcomes.
Even though my Computer knowledge is limited I will try to contribute what I can. Including finality.
One thing I have seen that is quite common on this type of forum is that often someone will put up a problem and get help.
That "someone" often does not come back with info as to whether the problem was resolved or not.
that annoys me.
