Over the last ten years I have visited a lot of sites where users offer advice on how to solve a problem but, most to no avail. After reading a few of the posted solutions here, it was clear to me there are people on this site that actually know how to systematically diagnose the root cause of a problem, and recommend a solution that actually solves the problem.
