Hello,

Just to introduce myself: I am a retired Research Scientist and used to be a manager in the Technical Development Department of a Company that made Aroma Chemicals (for inclusion in perfumes etc.)

I am a bit of a part-time Astronomer and I have a long-time interest in Computers. I am married and live in the South East of England.

Looking forward to learning a lot from you all and, who knows, helping someone!

Initially our instructors would point you to some information to begin reading about so you can learn about the registry and how it links together as well as all the tools we use. Once you learn enough of this information then the instructors would guide you through some exercises where you can apply your knowledge. Then you will begin assisting actual users on the forum with the guidance of the instructors. You would do this until they are comfortable for you to take threads on your own. This is obviously very generalized but thought I would give you an idea. It's very intense but very rewarding. If it's something that interests you, please get in contact with niemiro or Go The Power and they can provide you more details.
