Hello everybody
i hope you can help me with this trouble i have with WGA and win7. A week ago i received my brand new SSD, where i meant to transfer my SO and programs patition (C: and E: respectively). After two days, two cloning software, several cloning attempts and an alignment, i was finally able to transer both partitions on my SSD.
That was July, 26th.
Two days after, July 28, i got my first messages that my copy of OEM Windows 7 was counterfeited as a brief message on the right corner of my screens: "Build 7601, this copy of windows is not genuine" or whatever it says in English (my copy is in italian). Windows is activated (as can be seen on the system proprierties in the control panel), further product key immissions dont change the situation: after several uptime hours (from 5 to 7, and i keep my PC on from 8 am to midnight: if i used my pc less id probably miss the message altogether), the desktop sign would appear and the popup would send me to a verification page on internet where it suggests to buy an additional license.
After a couple of started and aborted ex novo installation of my copy in the new partition, a manual activation in the CMD panel with slmgr.vbs -ipk myproductkey" e quindi "slmgr.vbs -ato"and a phone activation via slui4.exe with a Ms phone operator, i spoke (again) with another MS operator that would inform me that even if as a OEM licence owner i would be entitled to make a new installation on a new HD (SSD in my case) once, it resulted to him that i had done 3 different installations on 3 different HDs (or machines as he insisted to call them), being the new two of them on July, 30th, when i wasnt even home, thus inviting me to contact community support for further instruction. I have only performed two different installation: my first one back in 2011, and the cloning on July, 26th.
Ok, i have done so, but since i am starting to lose my faith in MS support, i have decided to two time them with someone else >
Here is the MGAdiag (as you can see it says its genuine, for now, since a just rerun my pc for doing a scandisk, it will take hours to identify my OS as counterfeited. the website check, though, ):
It can be interesting to know that when it says its not genuine, it gives a 0x8004fe21 error
Here is the link to my latest CBD.log, after a chkdsk /r c: and a sfc/scannow (its pretty smaller than the first time performed both: my first CBS was 53MB...)
http://sdrv.ms/18MIhjd
I can see there is a problem with sppwinob.dll, but i couldnt find any solution regarding that in particular.
Thank you in advance for your help :)
