Having usb device not recognized issue

same thing still occur even i remove them and reboot, this problem happens 2 days ago then after few try of rebooting finally the problem gone.. is it possible my usb hardware problem or 1 of my usb driver is corrupted ?

Corrupt drivers don't cause intermittent problems. But check Device Manager for any errors. It could the USB controller on your motherboard, but I would swap keyboard and mouse with a different pair, just in case one of them is messing up.

Other than the keyboard and mouse, you don't have any other USB devices attached?

xbox controller and headset, i tried removing them earlier but doesnt really help, the weird thing is the problem occur randomly.. its like this week the problem occur then after few weeks there is no issue then suddenly it came back, guess i need to send to shop to check haha

That's the nature of intermittent problems. And for sure, if you take it to a shop, it won't happen for them.

As I said, I would try another keyboard and mouse. And if me, I would swap in a known good power supply too - just in case your PSU is starting to become a bit unstable.

That's odd and suggests a RAM issue. You can test RAM using one of the following programs. Both require you to create and boot to a bootable floppy disk or CD to run the diagnostics. You may need to change the boot order in your BIOS Setup Menu to boot to these disks. Allow the diagnostics to run for several passes or even overnight. You should have no reported errors.

Windows 7 and Windows 8 users can use the built in Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool.

Note, however, that software based RAM diagnostic tools are good, but not conclusive. So you might try running with just a single RAM module to see if it fails. Repeat process with remaining modules, hopefully identifying the bad stick through a process of elimination. Just be sure to unplug the computer from the wall and touch bare metal of the case interior BEFORE reaching in to discharge any destructive static in your body.
