When I try to search for something it tells me that the search will be faster if I turn on indexing. When I turn it on it does not come on. If i am searching for something. I can step away from the computer for a few hours and return and the search is still executing without any results.

I have done a large amount of computer system repair but I have never seen anything like this. Could this be my problem? The system architectural structure appears to be very messed up. Under the Program Data there are 26 or 25 nested Application data folders that appear to have all of the other files associated with application files. I am not describing it effectively. It becomes obvious when you look at my attached photos.
