The Chrome Legacy Browser Support extension allows users to switch automatically between Chrome and another browser.

Is there a particular reason why you need legacy browser support? Most web applications will be optimised for modern web browsers, unless there is a specific web application or website which isn't?

Could you please provide a screenshot of the extensions you have installed for Chrome? It seems likely that you already have the Legacy Browser Support extension already installed.
